Empty containers

Dry, empty containers, including aerosol cans and pesticide containers, can go in the garbage. No need to rinse.

Empty gasoline containers (less than five gallons) can be disposed of in the regular garbage. Vent them for two or three days and keep lids open.

Please do not recycle empty pesticide containers.
